The Difference

This Isn't Just
Breathwork.

Most breathwork experiences stop at the release.

You feel something. You let it out.

And then you go home...

and nothing really changes.

This Is Where It Changes

Near the end of this experience, you'll be guided to ask:

"What is your next action step to creating the life you want?"

Is this you?

Exhausted beyond rest

Tired in a way that sleep doesnt fix. Running on empty but still pushing through.

Going through the motions

Physically present in your life, but not fully connected to it. Something feels off.

Numbing to get by

Scrolling, distracting, or staying busy just enough to avoid what's underneath.

Holding it all together

Everyone thinks you're fine. But inside, you know you're not fully alive.

Searching for something more

You've tried therapy, podcasts, journaling. Something is still missing.

Ready to feel again

You don't need more information. You need an experience that moves something.

If any of this resonates... this event was made for you.

Breathwork experience
What to expect

What happens when you
wake up.

01The weight lifts.

The emotional weight you've been carrying physically leaves your body. People describe it as feeling twenty pounds lighter walking out of the room.

02You remember yourself.

The part of you that existed before the world told you to shrink isn't gone. She's been buried. The breath finds her.

03The armor cracks.

People start crying not because they're falling apart, but because they start remembering themselves.

04Clarity arrives.

Not a vague feeling of hope. A specific, clear knowing of what's next. The decision you've been putting off.

05The possibilities expand.

The life you stopped believing was possible suddenly feels within reach again.

06The doubt goes quiet.

A calm, fierce certainty that you are on the right path, and that you are made for more.

What people say after.

Meet Your Guide

Megan Mackenzie

Megan Mackenzie is a certified HypnoBreathwork® facilitator, speaker, and the creator of the Made For More Tour. After years of navigating her own healing journey through trauma, loss, and burnout, she discovered breathwork as the modality that finally broke through where talk therapy, journaling, and self-help couldn't reach.

Now she guides women through powerful somatic experiences that release stored emotions, reconnect them to their inner wisdom, and help them step into the version of themselves they've been waiting to become.

The Made For More Tour is her mission to bring this work to women everywhere, starting with Albany, New Hampshire, and expanding to cities across the country.

Questions

Everything you need
to know.

Absolutely. No prior experience is needed. This is designed for everyone, including complete beginners. The only requirement is a willingness to show up and breathe. Megan will guide you through every step.

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can breathe and move in. You'll be lying down for part of the experience, so think layers, something you can relax completely in.

Eat lightly 2-3 hours before. Avoid heavy meals right before the session. You'll be breathing deeply and actively, and a full stomach makes that harder. Stay hydrated.

You probably will, and that is a good thing. People don't cry in this room because they're falling apart. They cry because they start remembering themselves. It is one of the most beautiful things that happens in the space. You are completely safe here.

No. The Made For More Tour is grounded in the science of the nervous system and Post-Traumatic Growth. It is open to everyone regardless of beliefs, background, or experience. What happens in the room is deeply personal. Whatever meaning you find in it is yours.

Yes. Albany, NH is the first stop. More cities are coming. Follow Megan on Instagram to be the first to know when a date near you is announced.

One night. Everything shifts.

A year from now, you could be in a completely different life.

Or you could be exactly where you are now. Still waiting, still surviving, still wondering what it would feel like to be fully alive. The years pass either way. The only question is who you are inside them.
